My friend and I had an absolutely amazing experience last weekend. Our waitress, Emily, was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. She gave us great recommendations. The store manager was also very friendly and supportive of the staff. We will definitely be back.

I recently ordered the two-can-dine meal with mini donuts for dessert, but I was somewhat disappointed to discover that the donuts were quite hard. Aside from that, everything was delicious.

We stopped in for lunch on a tight time budget and were pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. Ashley, our server, quickly brought our food out and it was perfect! Fries were crispy and hot, generous portions of moist chicken and fresh salad. They even provided the bowl with water and lemon slice for rinsing your fingers. I commrnted to my wife that is so good, it's like it used be, a good tasty lunch and great friendly service. This Swiss Chalet gets a 5 out of 5 from me.

Service is so much better than the north end. Always accommodating, food comes out hot and fresh and they're always happy to hook you up with extra chalet and wing sauce.

Ate here with spouse on a trip to Blue Mountain. Happy with food and satisfied with service. Four cheese spinach dip came hot. Chicken soup right saltiness. Half-rotisserie chicken the usual Chalet standard. Had the baked potato and good. Service was prompt and courteous attendant. Uncertain of all the negative reviews but we are good

I went in with my family of 6 last night for a 1/4 chicken. Our server, Shannon, recommended that I add shrimp. Chicken was great, and shrimp delicious. Wasn’t expecting that from a chicken restaurant. Thank you Barrie South for a great dinner and to our server for the laughs and recommendation.

We were able to do a walk in around 5:30pm, it wasn’t too busy. The service was amazing, (I believe our server was Amanda), she was very wonderful. We were seated immediately and were served very quickly. The food was wonderful, plated well. This location is great, and they are certainly one of the best restaurants if you’re looking for a casual outing, such as a family dinner, or a dinner stop-by. I included some pictures of our quarter chicken dinners with some sides, took them after we started dinner oops, just couldn’t wait!!

We have been to a few Swiss Chalets and this one did not disappoint. The food was delicious and arrived promptly. Our server Maddy could not have been nicer. She was charming, attentive and made our meal extra delightful. We will be back.
